Payment and Shipping
We accept payment via 1) Paypal (for credit and debit card payments as well as Paypal accounts) and 2) over-the-counter and online bank deposit. You do not need a Paypal account for credit and debit card payments. For the latter, please follow the instructions on the checkout page. We will reserve your item for 3 business days after order has been placed. After the period has passed without completing payment, you will need to repeat the transaction should you wish to proceed. Your order will only be processed once payment has been verified. Note that for some card payments through Paypal, Paypal's verification may take up to 24 hours. Only after payment has been received will your order be packed and sent.

- Php120 for N. Luzon / S. Luzon orders (<Php1500)
- Php120 for Visayas / Mindanao orders (<Php1500)
SHIPPING DURING EXTENDED COMMUNITY QUARANTINE: We will ship through Grab Express, Lalamove, or Angkas during the Extended Community Quarantine and notify you once the driver has picked up your order. Please expect some delays. Shipping will only be available for Metro Manila addresses at this time.
To reach you safely, clothing is packed in a plastic bag and Deseo cloth bag, along with the courier's pouch. Accessories are packed in a velvet pouch and protective bubble wrap, along with the courier's pouch. We will contact you with the tracking number once item has been shipped.
Once payment has been completed, delivery takes an average of 2-3 working days for areas within Metro Manila and 3-5 working days for provincial areas. We will send you the tracking details after the package has been picked up by the courier. The courier's website may take up to 24 hours before the tracking status is updated.
