Returns and Exchanges
We want to ensure that you are happy with your Deseo purchase. You will be allowed up to 5 calendar days to return or exchange merchandise that are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. The garment must include all original packaging and must have the original hangtags attached and with no stains or damages. With stains or damages, the item is considered sold and will not be eligible for return and refund.
For returns, item must be returned to our address. We will then refund to the depositor's account upon receipt, with a deduction of the shipping fee (Php75). For exchange, please send the item to our address and contact us at email@example.com or +63 9209234576 to inform us of your chosen item.
Only items bought online can be returned or exchanged through the website. Items bought in-store may only be returned or exchanged in the same store following the department store's official policy.
